Ecobank wins the Euromoney Excellence Award for Best Bank for CSR in Africa, in recognition of the bank's contributions to development in Africa.
The Ecobank Foundation is delighted to announce that Ecobank has won the Euromoney Excellence Award for Best Bank for CSR in Africa. Ecobank is demonstrating the powerful impact that the private sector can make on development in Africa, thanks to the bank’s strong partnerships with organisations such as the Global Fund to Fight AIDS, Tuberculosis and Malaria.
The Ecobank Group also won the Award for Financial Inclusion at the African Banker Awards. This award acknowledges that Ecobank has succeeded in delivering financial products and services to wider parts of society, particularly to the most disadvantaged and low income segments, ultimately contributing to development and growth.
