Josephine has extensive experience in key roles in treasury management, strategy implementation, investment and commercial banking.
Prior to her current role she was Ecobank Group Executive for Commercial Banking with lead responsibility for the commercial banking across 33 African countries; Chief Operating Officer for Ecobank West African Monetary Zone/East & Southern African; and Managing Director of Ecobank Gambia.
Josephine has a BA and an MBA from the University of Ghana and is a Fellow of the Association of Chartered Certified Accountants.
